We bring together senior HR leaders, sharing industry stories about people analytics. The answer often lies not in technology and process, but in how well people decisions are made. Organisations that continually make better and better decisions are more likely to have a stronger impact on business delivery and stronger employee experiences. By investing in data-driven HR, organisations are investing in making better people decisions. It is far easier to talk about the value of HR data than to actually achieve it. Join a small group of senior HR leaders from different SAP customers to discuss how to adopt a data-driven approach using data already collected through their SAP systems. The conversation will be facilitated by **[Nigel Dias](https://www.linkedin.com/in/nigeldias/), Managing Director of 3n Strategy and Founder of the HR Analytics ThinkTank** and **[Dr. Steven Hunt](https://www.linkedin.com/in/steve-hunt-428144/), SAP’s Chief Expert on Work & Technology.** Nigel and Steve will share personal insights, case studies, and practical tips based on extensive work helping SAP customers use HR data to make better business decisions.   ### What gets discussed at the roundtables? The roundtable discussion topics are curated by 3n Strategy and SAP, based on suggestions and requests of roundtable members. Any topic related to people analytics and data-driven HR may be suggested for future roundtable sessions. #### Who participates in the roundtables?
