What is the difference between great HR and good HR? The answer often lies not in technology and process, but in how well people decisions are made. It is far easier to talk about the value of HR data than to actually achieve it. Join a small group of senior HR leaders from different SAP customers to discuss how to adopt a data-driven approach using data already collected through their SAP systems.
